Heart chakra
Location: The center of the chest, encapsulating the heart, the thymus gland (which plays a vital role in your endocrine and lymphatic system), the lungs, and the breasts.
What it is: As the central chakra, the fourth (or Anahata) chakra represents where the physical and the spiritual meet, as its name implies, is all about the love. "It's the awakening to spiritual awareness, forgiveness, and service, It's believed that when your heart chakra is aligned and balanced, love and compassion are flowing freely—both in terms of giving it out and getting it back.
When it's blocked: A closed heart chakra can give way to grief, anger, jealousy, fear of betrayal, and hatred toward yourself and others."When underactive, we may be emotionally closed off, and find it difficult to get over past hurts and forgive, As a result it will be hard to give and receive love which can will have a negative effect on the way connect with ourselves and others
If overactive we may become too loving. That sound good at first right but no? its noramlly just a front for co-dependency. and it will be seen as being overly dependent, needy, jealous and possessive, with a lack of boundaries,
